What if it rains/snows?

If the patch gets soaked in the rain (or snow) it will die. Our grass is grown hydroponically so the roots of the grass grow together to form an absorbent mat. Because of this water does not simply flow through it like regular sod. Instead, it is absorbed into the mat of roots which can cause it to drown.
